HMF RZR XP 1000 Dual Exhaust Released! with VIDEO

Monday, October 7th, 2013

The all new Polaris RZR XP 1000 sets the tone for the year of the side x side. This beast features a 999cc Displacement DOHC engine that rips through any terrain. When we got this into the HMF dyno room, we were foaming at the mouth to build an exhaust system that would elevate the power even higher. What emerged was the HMF Performance Dual Full exhaust system that picked up 4 horses at high RPM and 2lb torque at the wheels. The exhaust also picked up more power when we installed the HMF Quiet Cores, so not only do you get more power but the sound quality increases, with very low dB levels.

Sound Numbers

Stock Exhaust System Readings:
Idle- 84 dB
4000 RPM- 95 dB

HMF Full Dual Exhaust Readings:
With 2 Quite Cores Installed
Idle- 86 dB
4000 RPM- 90 dB

Without Quiet Cores
Idle- 92 dB
4000 RPM- 100 dB

Base Price: $874.95

GBC Motorsports Kanati Mongrel Offered as Polaris RZR XP 1000 Upgrade

Saturday, August 3rd, 2013

Anaheim, Calif. – August 2, 2013 - GBC Motorsports is pleased to announce that the Kanati Mongrel will be offered as an optional tire upgrade for the 2014 Polaris RZR XP 1000.

Polaris recently unveiled their new 2014 RZR XP 1000, and along with it the opportunity to customize your RZR with several optional upgrades, including tires and wheels. Designed to dominate both trails and tracks straight off the production line, the XP 1000 boasts 107 horsepower, a redesigned suspension system for added clearance and control, and various features that ensure industry-leading power delivery and maneuverability.

If the extra power and reworked suspension isn’t exciting enough, the option to upgrade to 30” GBC Kanati Mongrel tires on 15” wheels promises to deliver an extra edge across riding styles. The Mongrel was designed specifically for Side-by-Sides with the purpose of handling various terrain and obstacles. The 8-ply rated radial tire paired beautifully with Polaris RZR rigs at the 2013 King of the Hammers UTV race as the combination swept the podium.

GBC Motorsports Representative Kory Ellis is thrilled with the partnership: “We are very excited that the Kanati Mongrel will be offered as an upgrade for the 2014 Polaris RZR XP 1000. The Mongrel has already developed a proven track record in both SXS racing and recreation, and these tires should complement the XP 1000’s power and design perfectly.”

The 2014 Polaris RZR XP 1000's optional upgrades includes GBC Motorsports' Kanati Mongrel tires.
